Amla the Amla Berry Deva

Amma the Amla Berry Deva
I am Amma the Amla Berry Deva: and I am a Mother to All
My Fruits are Golden White in color; like the Sun; they are a Ball
My Fruits contain 5 Tastes; which makes them quite unique
To balance Body, Mind, Spirit for when health you do Seek
I balance Dosha's; Kapha, Pitta & Vata too
Especially for Pitta; I help cells to renew
My fruits contain one of the highest sources of Vitamin C
Made into powder, jam, juice or even Tea
For Bio-availability of calcium for bones
For healthier nails, hair, teeth and for muscle tone
I Improve your ability to assimilate; more iron to your blood
And improve circulation; to help clean out the crud
I am nourishing for the eyes, digestion and the heart
For Brain function to improve; to make you really smart
I help balance stomach acids; for digestion I am great
I can make a nice helping of Anchar; for your plate
I nourish 7 Bodily Tissues; of the Dhatu's, you'll see
And in Ayurvedic Medicine this is; a most helpful key
I will scrub the colon clean; to make the most of your food
And with my loving support; I help improve your mood
I can be astringent, sour, bitter, pungent and sweet
My sour pacifies Vata and sweet Pitta; just loves to eat
Kapha loves the pungent and astringent; to dry excess wet
So for any season or body type; I am your best bet
This is why my name is Amma the Amla; I Mother everyone around
For the Gifts; for everyone I meet; this the ancient Rishi's found

Al the Almond Prince

Albert the Almond Prince
I am Albert the Almond Prince and some call me a nut
But I am rich in minerals; and as royal as old King Tut
For building body castles of bones, nerves, hair and brain
Or tissues and muscles; for in muscles you will gain
I provide calcium and phosphorus, man; I am so rich
I can even make a pie crust; candies or a fancy dish
Many say I am quite nutty; for that is who I am
It's my essence in a nutshell; so spread my butters with some Jam
